Birbals personnel
Authorized Birbals employees and personnel may access information where reasonably necessary to perform their responsibilities. Our workforce includes personnel in the United States, India, Canada, and Australia.
Professional advisors
Where necessary, we may provide information to professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, or consultants, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements

In providing software development, artificial intelligence, automation, consulting, and related technology services, Birbals may process information provided or controlled by our clients. Where Birbals processes personal information on behalf of a client, our handling of that information is also governed by the applicable client agreement, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, data-processing agreement, or other contractual terms. In those cases, the client determines the purposes and means of processing, and Birbals acts as a service provider or processor on the client’s behalf. Birbals does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 3.
